The Acknowledgement of June Fifth (9) {Part 4} November 19th 2015

I am a creepy internet stalker.

Okay, not exactly a stalker, but I know a lot of stuff only people with no life know.  Stuff happened on the Fifth of the Sixth in the Two Thousand and Fifteenth year after the death of Christ.

Esempio Uno: Seven birthdays I cared about.

1.) My homeroom/English teacher
2.) A girl at my school
3.) Rick Riordan, author of Percy Jackson and the Olympians and Heroes of Olympus
4.) Gayle Forman, author of If I Stay and Just One Day
5.) Troye Sivan, YouTuber, actor, just announced his first album, Blue Neighborhood
6.) Pete Wentz, that guy from Fall Out Boy or whatever (Honestly though he is super f*cking amazing)

and the most important one

7.) Draco Malfoy, that kid you thought was evil, but had a heart

Esempio Due: Drones

That's right, Muse's new album Drones was released in Australia and Europe on the Fifth. Oddly, the album was released in the UK three days later, and the band's English.

Esempio Tre: Dan x Phil x Connor collabs

Yep, those were uploaded on the Fifth as well. Okay, so I saw them on the Sixth 'cause ... timezones; they were uploaded on that day.

How To Speak Lad

Internet Trivia

Shocking Lie Detector

Esempio Quatro:

My friend Hailey Hood made her YouTube channel that day.

Yep. well that's all.

P.S I am currently reading Mockingjay and OMG part 2 comes out today

For Some Reason Music Is Addictive (8) {Part 3} July 30th

Written on June 28th 2015

Since I last blogged, I have begun listening to four new bands. Well I say new, they’re new to my ears, but one has been around since ‘94. This is the part where you google “bands formed in 1994” or scroll down the page or something to find out who exactly I am talking about. Muse. There, well now you know.

Top 5 Bands Based On How Many Of Their Songs I Know

1. Imagine Dragons
2. Fall Out Boy
3. Panic! At the Disco
4. My Chemical Romance
5. Muse

I only began listening to Muse and MCR –not MKR(this is not for your mother, it’s for the emo’s in the back) – two days ago. For most of today I actually had Welcome to the Black Parade stuck in my head, which is the only MCR song I actually know. Hey, it’s gonna take a few more listening’s for me to remember all the songs. It’s hard, learning all the songs to four bands at the same time, which FYI Imagine Dragons is not part of.  I have been obsessed with them since January (It began in 2013). No, the four bands are: Panic! At the Disco, Muse, My Chemical Romance and Cold War Kids. Maybe you’ve heard of them. Maybe you’ve seen the Aloha trailer. This is the artist of the second song played in that trailer. The song is called First, and was #38 on the ARIAs a few weeks ago.

An Interesting Fact

As I was writing this, the album switched from Cold War Kids to Of Monsters and Men.

Continued on July 6th 2015
As they have now made an appearance it seems fit to talk about them. Also, yes I usually write while listening to music, just not right now as it is 23 minutes into the morning. A half hour after I wrote that interesting fact, I did the thing where you rediscover a song. Back in about twenty twelve-ish there was a song I really liked, that I never caught the name of. Well that’s what happens when the title of the song is in the second verse not the chorus Little Talks.
A Selection of Irrelevant Song Lyrics
There’s an old voice in my head that’s holding me back.
Well tell her that I miss our little talks.

Okay, so they weren’t completely irrelevant.

There are several more things to discuss,

Elle

A update from July 30th
I know way more MCR songs now (Mama is my favourite). Also I am currently listening to Danger Days.

Autumn's Ability to be Haunting (7) {Part 2} July 15th

Autumn's Ability to be Haunting
I am not just saying I like autumn because that is my birth season. Trust me, if I suddenly moved to England or Italy or Germany for the hell of it, my favourite season wouldn't, I repeat WOULD NOT become spring. There is just this thing about autumn, especially in Australia that is just hypnotic. There are spirals of browns, yellows, golds and reds. And, miraculously, greens. The air has this cold chill, but the days are still long and bathed in glowing sunlight. It's the way the world begins to fall apart, that I found beautiful. Destruction. I'm romanticizing destruction.
The way nature kills itself.

Written on June 28th 2015.

An Update From July 15th
I am currently sitting in science class, and the word search I am meant to be doing is hurting my eyes. I'm listening to Lana Del Rey - Video Games, after getting all they way through MCR's May Death Never Stop You.
I hate science,

A Definite Ranking (6) {Part 1} July 14th

June 28th 2015

Hey,
So I found this draft in my list, but there was no information apart from the date; which was the twelfth of June. But hey I guess I can use this post  as an update.

We are officially on WINTER break. Yay. Winter is actually my second favourite season, but I despise having these holidays off school. It has taken me fourteen years to decide this, and is probably subject to change once we get to summer.

A Definite Ranking Of The Seasons According To Elle

1. Autumn
2. Winter
3. Summer
4. Spring

Just so you know this post was originally part of a what-I-intended-to-be-4-page-post-but-am-now-dividing-so-it-makes-more-sense post

Look forward to that hopeful influx,
Elle

P.S Today was the second day back at school, it’s freezing.

Birthdays (Dan and Lily) (5) June 11th 2015

Hey guys,

Wazzup?!

So we found out Lily's birthday it is March 11th.
Shame she was born three months early, or she could have had the same birthday as Dan. Which btw is today. I got a bit to excited over this. Yeah, most 14-year-old girls don't countdown for some British guys 24th. Let alone the fact I counted by the England timezone.

May Be More Later,

Elle

My Age (Side-note #1)

So I was Creating an FAQ page and umm this happened.

How Old Are You?

13 . . . Okay I typed that then remembered I'm 14. Then I couldn't work out how old I am, and I had to look at the corner of my laptop screen for the year. FML

Music + Lily (4) May 30th 2015

Hey,

Okay so  I may have forgotten and not had a lot of time to write here for a while.

Since last week, which was the last time I updated, I had my birthday party. There was a lot of me screaming Fall Out Boy lyrics that no one else knew. I have also become obsessed with Lana Del Rey's artistic talent.

We named our kitten Lily. So I will officially be chronicling her in a YouTube  series titled something along the line of "Documenting Lily: A Kitten's Journal"

That's all I really have for now.

Paper (Day 3) May 22nd 2015

Hey Guys,

Not much happened today, but I did start reading Paper Towns by John Green. It is such an easy read and you can feel the excitement. I read over 100 pages in a sitting (with a dinner break). I'm so excited for the film.

I guess that's really it . . .

Aca-Birthday (Day 2) May 21st 2015

Hey again,

So this is going up a bit late I know, but hey I was busy yesterday. I didn't even have time to use TWITTER!

The day began well I awoke at my usual time of 06:00 hours, and made breakfast, which I ate while watching DanAndPhilGames newest Sims 4 video (Linked Here). Did I mention the cupcake I had was slightly MCR inspired. 'Cause it was Thursday I has school, but we had a lot of the subjects I like, like maths and English.
When I got home I opened some birthday presents (which I plan on showing in a Birthday Haul on THIS CHANNEL). The my parents, siblings and I went out for dinner. You would think, seeing as it was my birthday i would buy the most expensive dish, I bought the cheapest. A $7.50 kids fish and chips has a lot of food, I couldn't even finish it all, and I made myself hungry writing this now.
All this preceded the main event of the day PITCH PERFECT 2. I really liked this film and will do a full review of it in a later post. I watched the whole movie thinking it would be awesome if they used a Fall Out Boy song, they won't use a Fall Out Boy song. Get to the end and Das Sound Machine performs 'My Songs Know What You Did In The Dark (Light 'em up)'.

So a pretty awesome birthday huh...

~ Elle

P.S Notice How I Changed The Scheduled Date And Time So It Looked Like This Went Up Correctly (It Went Up Friday May 22nd at 21:46)

Birthday Eve (Day 1)

Okay, so tomorrow I am turning 14. Yeah I know, that's a pretty big number. What I want to try to do for at least the next year is record my life. Also that sounds kinda sad and/or creepy, depending on the tone you read this in. I will try to update this every few days, if not everyday. I just want to record day by day, and sometimes (like every night) I have ideas for videos that i forget about,  but now I can blog about them.

Also I just came up with this idea, slightly inspired by Girl Online, just before 20:30 May 20th 2015, while listening to 'Too Weird To Live, Too Rare To Die' by Panic! at the Disco.

Signing off for the first time
